Hi Belle！！　

是說 我一直都是個愛吃壽司的人                    
這次去日本也是把肚子都留給生魚片還有壽司寶寶們                    
回到溫哥華真是停不住這種想念(遠目)  

                 
在IG上看見有家新開的餐廳Kimu，馬上就被Rose sushi吸引了!                    
其實不知道他真實的名字，看起來像是玫瑰所以我就決定這樣命名他哈哈                    
之前有陣子都比較忙所以沒出去外食                    
大多時候(七天裡有六天)都是在家開伙不然就是自己處理自己的      

             
身為女孩子還是會想要約會這種事的吧...
這時就覺得男伴是個很貼心的人
有一天的下午他突然說"對不起都沒有出去 之後一定會帶你出去的!" 
天外飛來一筆 殺的我措手不及
因為他那句話我就開始期待...哈哈

一個月後的今天終於被我等到了!! (一個月之中一直期待然後會生悶氣哈哈))

晚上我們兩個飛車衝過去Kimu
Kimu剛開就高人氣

8:30晚上到達，門口還有許多等候的人

真是大吃一驚壓... wait list都已經寫了半張...
還好沒有等太久，店家是9:30打烊所以服務生還有廚房也是想要急速消化這些新客

入座椅後服務生馬上送上menu還有冰水
左看右看，我最喜歡點明自聽起來很奇怪的餐點了哈哈
如果不 知道點甚麼...另外一個大絕招就是看別人吃甚麼+跟著點那一道
雖然很俗但可以準確無誤的吃到自己心儀的菜是

價錢非常合理，有些甚至比sushi garden便宜呢!
在溫哥華大人氣竄起的aburi壽司 炎燒壽司只要$1.80-$2，這個一定要來很多份壓!!
男伴讓我很欣賞的一點就是他對出去約會吃飯不計較
他喜歡有小菜也喜歡多點一些東西
胃口也不錯(這很重要壓! 跟小鳥胃吃飯 會有點心情不好...

當時點的太快因為店家last call了...所以有些我都忘記名字...還請不要介意呢!
我喜歡aburi sushi 入口即化的感覺

Salmon aburi真的好像奶油搬絲滑，入口綿綿的
滑嫩又新鮮 沒有魚腥味
Tuna aburi也很讚呢! 
美中不足的事toro aburi...最期待的說
toro表面有點過熟，所以口感稍老...沒有嫩滑絲綢的感覺
整體來說aburi sushi的生魚片分量很大，比米飯份量更足夠
真心的讓客人吃到炎燒生魚片不是炎燒烤飯糰哈哈

我男半伴都喜歡sushi pizza

有三種選擇, original, crab & salmon
另外一個忘記 ...XDD

上面的生魚片真的太好吃!!!

最下層是鍋巴當作pizza crust, 很有創意

新鮮好吃+創意的價錢是$8.95

覺得公道的價錢呢!

看完這麼多照片，整餐吃下來差不多是$52

((兩個sushi roll, 1x sushi pizza, 10 aburi toro, 3 salmon aburi, 3 tuna aburi)

...品質跟創意都遠遠超過這個價錢呢!

畢竟到日本餐廳次吃新鮮海鮮的吧??其中又以生魚片最為重要
如果單純是要壽司米..買一袋放在家裡煮就好了XD

Found this little neighborhood gem along 29th Avenue of Vancouver. Kimu Japanese Restaurant just opened and already, it's gained a huge popularity among foodies. 

Hun. was sweet to arrange a date night (though it was very last-minute that we talked about it the night before) I am happy nonetheless. We arrived at Kimu at approximately 8:30pm, and we were surprised to find lineup at the door. The restaurant closed at 9:30pm; we left our names. I was secretly praying that we could get a seat before their round of last call.

Forunately (the god of foodie love answered my prayer) we were brought to sit within 10 minutes. We examined the menu... everything seemed interesting. I have a tendency to order things with weird names LOL I am open to food adventures and trying new cuisines, always. The menu was expansive, so I thought of the ultimate weapon- just look at the tables around you, and order the items that looks interesting to you LOL. This is an invincible strategy. I must say this works all the time hahahahaha (and very efficient indeed- compared to guessing names of the dish). 

We had Rose Roll (smoked salmon with cucumber, cream cheese with ariole salad on the side and balsamic reduction), kamikaze (traditional Japanese rolls with seaweed on the outside), sushi pizza (is the BOMB), and tons of aburi! I loved toro and HBB ordered toro aburi hehehehehe, along with salmon and tuna aburi (YUMMY). The bill came to $52 for all of them, which was a pleasant surprise. We had much food but the bill was very reasonable. 

The sashimi was fresh. The food was delicious and service was speedy. It was an enjoyable evening. I would definitely revisit!

When you stop by Vancouver, don't forget to try Kimu! Aburi and sushi pizza are the must-get.
